There's a couple possibilies, and none of them are anything I can help
with.
1. Your environment is weird, maybe you have a really long set of paths to
Perl libs?
2. Your toolchain modules need to be updated.
3. Try using Module::Build and the supplied Build.PL instead.
I'm going to close this ticket, since the it's not really a problem with
DateTime::TimeZone.
