Subject: Request for option to scan just files in MANIFEST
Currently this module scans all files in the distribution directory tree, a large number of which may not be included in the final distribution. It would be nice if there was an option that only ran the test against the files listed in the distribution MANIFEST file.

I've added a manifest option in 0.06 which you can use instead of where and filename_match.
