The use of ">=" in prereqs is redundant, as bare numbers means ">=". There wouldn't be a
problem, but the extremely useful and bare-bones cpanminus (aka cpanm) doesn't understand
prereqs with the >=
A release without the >= would be really helpful. Thanks!
