Subject: Version 0.94 has version of 0.93 internally
Although current CPAN version is 0.94, within the module you find our $VERSION = '0.93'; Unfortunately this has conspired to break another module :-/

I had misread the error and was hence talking bollocks. The break was due to URL changes, but thats their problem. This can be downgraded to a trivial bug not worth putting effort into until there is other work to be done on the module.

I changed the priority of this issue because it is causing us some packaging grief. Fortunately, we are running 0.92 in production and upgrading takes us to 0.93, but this is biting us in a couple other places.
