Subject: spurious test failures on recent versions of per
CPAN testers reporting a number of failures for one test, seems only on recent versions of perl (5.12 and 5.13). The failure doesn't affect the normal running of the module; I'll issue a fix for it over the weekend, once I've managed to get a perl version that exhibits it... Mark.

The tests that were causing spurious failures have been temporarily removed, until can get version of perl installed on my development netbook that exhibits the issue. Note that the failures were tangentical to the normal operation of the class, so not an issue that they're no longer included... Mark.
