While packaging Snowball-Swedish for Fedora, it was discovered that the
license is unclear. According to META.yml and pod in Se.pm, the license
is "the same as perl" (i.e. Artistic, or GPL version 1 or later). But
you also have a header in Se.pm stating that the program may be
distributed under "GPL version 2, *NOT* earlier versions".
Can you clarify whether you really mean "same as perl", or "Artistic, or
GPL version 2 only", or "Artistic, or GPL version 2 or later", or some
other variation.
Please also be aware that the same confusion exists for
Snowball-Norwegian - I didn't create a separate ticket, but the same
question applies.
