It appears the files inside t/files/ have changed, but the tests have
not been updated since then and the file called
(t/files/libwww-scraper-yahoo360-perl_0.03-0opera1_amd64.changes) is no
longer present, resulting in a large amount of fail reports from the
CPAN Testers.
The point of failure:
