I'm trying to pull this monster together for the upcoming version 1.0 release. (After 10 years in development!!) I've been building the distro with Makefile.PL rather than Build.PL. MY *bad*. I've just built a new release and am uploading it now. "Hopefully", we'll be closer to "good".
