Subject: fix app::cmd::setup prereq
10:29 <refi> Installing Dist:Zilla fails for me. As it turns out, it's because the App::Cmd::Setup I have installed doesn't define its own $VERSION. Somebody might want to update Dist::Zilla's App::Cmd::Setup prereq to reflect a version that defines its $VERSION. -- rjbs
