Subject: Example usage under SYNOPSIS is inconsistent in variable names
In the example usage under the SYNOPSIS section, you used both $pop and $pop3 when I believe you meant to use one name consistently. I found this by copying and pasting the code into my own script, and perl 5.10 threw an error: Global symbol "$pop3" requires explicit package name at foo.pl line 90.
