Subject: Cross-refs related issue

Hi, I've faced the problem that MultiMarkdown-1.000033 does not handle cross-references when an optional label is specified. Like this one: Header Two [h2] =============== DEBUG.mkd is the example input; expected.html is the output I expected; actual.html is the output Markdown actually produced. MultiMarkdown-1.000033-crossrefs.patch is the proposed patch fixing the issue. Regards, Vitaly
