Hi Lee,
I cometely agree re: summary on the cmdline. That's blocking on
TAP::Harness support for multiple formatters -- see RT #40627 for more
details.
As the HTML already has a mini summary at the bottom of the screen,
and if you roll over the headline at the top, I'm not sure what other
kind of summary you're looking for. Can you provide an example?
