Thanks for the patch. I'm contemplating explaining the values further as in: Valid r, g, and b values are each between 0.0 and 1.0, inclusive. Brightness is increasing from 0.0 (black) to 1.0 (white). I'm not quite happy, yet, its RGB, not black & white.

How about: Valid r, g, and b values are each between 0.0 and 1.0, inclusive. Each color ranges from 0.0 to 1.0, that is, darkest red (0.0) to brightest red (1.0). The same holds for green and blue. These three colors mix additively to produce the colors between black (0.0, 0.0, 0.0) and white (1.0, 1.0, 1.0). -- Sean Robinson Laboratory Technician Physics Astronomy Geology sean.robinson@sccmail.maricopa.edu
