Subject: IP address check returns incorrect country
$ip = '98.250.24.218' is translating into France(FR) - when it should be US(aka michigan). http://ip.corporationwiki.com/98.250.24.0/ It's a comcast ip address - is it a bug or another issue similar to some of the AT&T ip issues?

It appears to be effecting more ips in that block 99.250.24.218 is also translating to France it's actually in Canada 99.250.24.0 through 99.250.24.255 London, Ontario - Canada In fact it seems like any thing 90.* through 99.* is turning up France - some of which is correct and some, not so much.

I've only recently had this problem, and it seems odd. I've been using inet_ntocc for the past year(v2.27) but all of a sudden it started to return the wrong value. Using inet_atocc I am once again getting the correct values - hopefully that will solve my issues.
