Dear Michael,
Unfortunately the PPM format is property of Active State, and the
modules present on the PPM GUI are chosen by them, and the packages
converted by them.
Therefore, I can't help much on that.
But if you decide to try to install it by hand, I can try to help.
Finally, in the last times I have been suggesting ActiveState Perl users
to switch to Strawberry Perl, that is supported by the community and
have better support to install modules.
