I've attached a simple Perl program to demonstrate this issue. When
run, I'd expect it to output nothing because of the multi-line comment,
but it appears that the comment is terminated by the first %] not the
last one, as one would expect. This makes it somewhat difficult to
comment out large chunks of development code.
Please let me know if you require any more information regarding this issue.
