Subject: Broken CPAN versioning
Both releases from the 1.24 series have been uploaded to CPAN with an identical version (that doesn't even match the package name): http://search.cpan.org/diff?from=DBD-Oracle-1.24a&to=DBD-Oracle-1.24b&w=1 On a broader note - modern toolchain(s) handling of alpha characters in version numbers is spotty at best. Please consider sticking to numeric-only. Cheers!
