HELP_SUMMARY isn't visible when DATATYPE is set to DATETIME and
presumably also any other DATATYPEs that involve the _copy_field
function.
To fix it, HELP_SUMMARY needs adding to the qw list starting at line
3047 in the _copy_field function. This ensures it tracks through to the
month field and hence causes the link to appear on the overall field
name.
