Task::Catalyst::Tutorial depends on Catalyst::Devel, which depends on Catalyst::Plugin::Static::Simple.. I don't think there should be any need for Task::Catalyst::Tutorial to directly depend unless the thing you're using to resolve dependencies is broken, so I'm going to close this as not a bug, sorry. Please feel to chat to me online if you feel this is incorrect.
