Subject: Circular dependency on Exception::Class
I just did a clean ActivePerl 5.12.1 installation and noticed that the module has a circular dependency on Exception::Class which makes it impossible to install via cpan shell (or not without force install). Attaching the cpan session output.

This can be closed. I didn't actually mean to dep on Test::Most in Exception::Class.
