Subject: Build.PL->requires needs Scalar::Util
The genderated Interfaces package use use Scalar::Util qw(blessed); But this package is not referenced in Build.PL Thanks, Mike mrdvt92

Since Scalar::Util is now provided in Perl core it appears that the declaration is optional.
