Subject: please remove dependency on Git.pm
Git::CommitBuild requires Git.pm, and nothing else does. Git.pm is often not available to default perl, when people are using a package manager's Git and not its perl. This is a common configuration. Nothing else uses Git.pm Either Git::Wrapper should be used in CommitBuild or CommitBuild should not be in the dist. The current state is very frustrating. -- rjbs

yanick, can you check what can be done to remove Git from commitbuild and use Git::Wrapper instead? (since i did not check in details what's going on in commitbuild, i think it's best that you look into this) thanks, jérôme

I have to double-check that everything is ok, but I think I have a working Git::Wrapper-only port at http://github.com/yanick/dist-zilla-plugin-git/tree/git-wrapper
