Hi, I've set-up RTx::Tags on rt 3.8.8 and while i do see the cloud, selecting cloud elements, or searching on CustomField always give an empty result list. Hi, Thanks for the bug report, but this isn't enough to work with. Are there any messages in the error log? Are you sure you got the module installed correctly?
