I was performing a fresh install of MojoMojo via 'cpan MojoMojo' and the distribution failed
tests because Catalyst::Controller::HTML::FormFu was not automatically installed as a
dependency. All the other dependencies were installed with out issue.
I manually installed the distribution and tests passed just fine.
