Subject: Feature Request: surf through FK
Most db model browsers I've built have featured the ability to move from object to object via foreign keys. AutoCRUD lets the user see the FK- related objects, but not "go" to them. This seems like it ought to be a relatively simple change. Is the source somewhere public, so that we can submit patches?

Can you expand on how the UI would function in this case? Do you mean by clicking on the cell the user is taken to the foreign table's data at that related row? Show quoted text

Other than the tarballs on cpan.org, I have an svn repo linked below but sadly I cannot get you a commit bit at present. I'm gearing up to moving somewhere where this will be possible. You can check out the source here: https://svn.oucs.ox.ac.uk/people/oliver/pub/cpan/libcatalyst-plugin-autocrud-perl/ Note that what is the development release currently on CPAN is from the "backend-componentize" branch in that tree. regards, oliver. - -- Oliver Gorwits, Network and Telecommunications Group, Oxford University Computing Services -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (Darwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAkwQ6rgACgkQ2NPq7pwWBt4i/gCfbSYdy7YEwRe8xaSXy5wJ0hB/ vzgAoMP7UHVHd4KEQxami1MzrHBKBso2 =iirp -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
I'm resolving this ticket and creating in its place a wishlist action item for surfing through FKs. -- regards, oliver.
