The manpage documents the methods estimated and estimated_str but the
code actually implements estimate and estimate_str.
Both estimate and estimate_str always return 0. Since there is no way
to specify the current item they cannot really work.
No big deal, using ->report and %e is convenient enough. I'd probably
just delete the two methods and the documentation;)
