Looking at CPAN-SQLite-0.199, I see Makefile.PL and other packaging tools declare a requirement for File::HomeDir and that CPAN/SQLite.pm does "use File::HomeDir". However, I don't see where this module is actually used there. The only exported function (according to @File::HomeDir::EXPORT) home() and grep doesn't find a use of that in SQLite.pm. Thanks for pointing this out - this dependency has been removed in the github repository, and the change will appear in the next CPAN release.
