I have just tried this in 5.12.1-beta-1
CPAN.pm: Going to build G/GA/GAAS/Data-Dump-1.15.tar.gz
Checking if your kit is complete...
Looks good
Writing Makefile for Data::Dump
C:myperlstrawberry-perl-5.12.1.0-portable-beta-1perlbinperl.exe: not found
dmake.exe: Error code 255, while making 'blib\lib\Data\.exists'
GAAS/Data-Dump-1.15.tar.gz
C:\myperl\strawberry-perl-5.12.1.0-portable-beta-1\c\bin\dmake.exe -- NOT OK
Running make test
Can't test without successful make
Running make install
Make had returned bad status, install seems impossible
Failed during this command:
GAAS/Data-Dump-1.15.tar.gz : make NO
And it also fails.
