I developed App-perlmv [1], which is just like File-Rename but has some
more features:
* recursive renaming;
* automatic rename of conflict using .1, .2, etc suffix;
* scriptlets (store and load the -e code into files);
I would appreciate it if you take the time to take a look at it and
consider the possibility of merging (some of) these extra features into
File-Rename.
