Hello First I want to say Thank you for this great software! Next, the problem: I use RT-Authen-ExternalAuth-0.08 and I found that when I have @ in password the user can't be authenticated against ActiveDirectory server. When change password to not contain @ user is found. If you need more information please write me a mail. Best regards -- Stefan Stefanov

Other folks seem to have reported this working ok on newer versions of the software (#57790). If you can still replicate this against 0.09 and RT4 I'd like to know more about the replication setup. -kevin
