HTML::TagSet does not include META.yml information about a repository.
Either this means that there isn't a public repository against which I
can submit patches, or if there is, I can't find it.
If possible can you include repository metadata in the next release, as
this makes it easier for (and therefore more likely) that others will
contribute patches.
