Locale::Object::Country claims to be using ISO 639 T.
I found the following differences between Locale::Object::Country and ISO
639 (see http://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/php/English_list.php):
Dutch: code_alpha3 is 'nla', should be 'nld'
Swati: code_alpha2 is undef, should be 'ss'
Venda: code_alpha2 is undef, should be 've'
These are just the ones I spotted, there could be more.
