Strawberry Perl 5.12.0.1-64bit fails to install on Win2k8 SP2

I was attempting to install strawberry-perl-5.12.0.1-64bit.msi on Windows Server 2008 Enterprise x64 (Service Pack 2) when it gave me the error in the attached screenshot. I attempted install multiple times and got the same error each time. Can someone please give me details on where to find any possible install logs for helping to debug this problem.

The problem has been found already (error was between the keyboard and the chair of Strawberry Perl's builder [me]) and a fixed version of the 64-bit .msi has been uploaded. This version has been verified to work.
