The latest release of MARC::Record removes the copyright information
from the README file. This is a bit of an issue for Debian, since we
need to list the copyright holders as part of our packaging.
Ideally, each source file would contain a list of copyright holders
(preferably with contact details) with the years of their contributions,
usually as a section in the POD. However, just a section in the README
would be sufficient.
Judging by the dates on CPAN and in the Changes file, I would suggest
the following:
