Hey, does bug tracker public work with RT 3.8.7. I have installed it and config and now i get a Can't call method "HasRight" on an undefined value at /../lib/RT/User_Overlay.pm line 1277, line 22. error any help cheers Show quoted text

I have installed RT::Bugtracker to the /local/plugin folder and have a guest user . Site config looks like Set($WebNoAuthRegex, qr!^(?:/+NoAuth/| /+Public/| /+REST/\d+\.\d+/NoAuth/)!x ); Set($WebPublicUser, 'guest'); and still the same error any further advice??? Cheers Show quoted text

yes guest is in the RT system. And bam now it works Cheers you are a champ Ruslan but it did say in the public to add NoAuthRegexp As public shouldn't require authentication then you should add '/Public/' path to NoAuthRegexp option, something like: but anyway I am so happy now Show quoted text
