Subject: Testsuite fails when being run in parallel

When running the FCGI::Engine testsuite in parallel (i.e. with prove -j2), it fails, and also often hangs, as shown in the attached log. When running sequencially, everything is fine. -- BOFH excuse #354: Chewing gum on /dev/sd3c
