A ticket was owner by user1. I am an Admin on the queue. If I try to
reassign the ticket to someone else using "Owner: user2", I get a
mailgate error since I have to unassign or steal the ticket first, so I
tried to chain Owner commands.
It failed with this:
Failed command 'Owner: ARRAY(0xb03f560)'
Error message: That user does not exist
When I tried to do this (without the # ):
# Owner: nobody
# Owner: user2
Is there a way to do this?
Here's my system information:
# cat /etc/debian_version
5.0.4
# perl -v
This is perl, v5.10.0 built for i486-linux-gnu-thread-multi
# dpkg -l | egrep 'commandbymail|request-tracker3'.8
ii request-tracker3.8 3.8.7-1
extensible trouble-ticket tracking system
ii rt3.8-extension-commandbymail 0.08-01-4
Change metadata of ticket via email
The second package is currently just a local way of distributing the
cpan module.

Let me know if you need more information.

Brian
