Subject: Testsuite fails when being run in parallel

When running the testsuite of this distribution in parallel, i.e. with prove -j2, it often fails, as shown by the attached log. I'm guessing that using randomized ports will fix this. -- BOFH excuse #268: Neutrino overload on the nameserver

Thank you for the bug report. I've committed your suggested change. At some future point, the test servers will do the absolutely right thing---bind to an available port instead of choosing one at random.
