Better strawberry.ico

I know that it is a cosmetics but it would be nice to have strawberry.ico containing more sizez of icon - now we have 16x16 pixels which does not look nice on high resolution screen.

What about:

(license seems to be friendly)

As it is 1-to-1 replacement maybe worth making this change before final 5.12.0

I remember the last time I tried it, something broke on Win2K (but we aren't supporting that anymore.) Will try it tomorrow and see if XP objects.

r12096 (Win32 Perl Wiki) and r12098 (Perl 5.xx.x Documentation) will fix that. Forgot because those two icons aren't in Perl::Dist::Strawberry like the others. Back to "patched" until Perl::Dist::WiX 1.200001 is released.
