Subject: distributable should not have man files in it
The CPAN installer in window breaks on this module since files in the tgz include the man pages with illegal (in windoze) ":" characters. I don't believe including man pages in the distributable is recommended practice.

The man files are in the blib/ directory in the distribution. That entire directory should not be in there. I would also like this fixed because I am interested in using your module, but need it for Windows.
