Subject: Two time zones eliminated by Russian government
Europe/Samara and Asia/Kamchatka have been eliminated by March 28, 2010. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_in_Russia : On March 28, 2010, the following changes were introduced, which, in particular, led to abolition of two of the eleven time zones. The Udmurt Republic and Samara Oblast started using Moscow Time, thus eliminating Samara Time.[2][3] Kemerovo Oblast started using Omsk Time.[4] Chukotka Autonomous Okrug and Kamchatka Krai started using Magadan Time, thus eliminating Kamchatka Time.[5]

These changes need to go in the Olson time zone database (http://www.twinsun.com/tz/tz-link.htm) and I will pick them up for this module. I'm going to close this ticket. Please don't respond directly or it will be reopened.
