03chunks.t appears to expect to have the event specified by callback be
called with an empty string for data to signal EOF. It is not, thus
making the test fail. Attached is the log resulting from running the
test at debug-level 3. It does _not_ show the "Request complete." message
that would be expected if the appropriate if block were entered.
