The new dropdown available when looking at a specific file should only be
there for files, and not folders
e.g. go into tree view, find a file, click 'blame' (or any of the others) and the
word ('blame' in this case) is a drop down - which is great, but if you click
the history button against a directory, the word 'history' is a drop down
because we can not distinguish if it is a file or folder.
