Subject: MANIFEST includes an incorrect line
Hello, While smoking CPAN on my windows box, I noticed this appear in the scrollback and went to investigate. The bug is that MANIFEST includes 2 lines for META.yml! There's one for "META.yml" and another for "Text-SimpleTable-2.03/META.yml"!
