Subject: Problems with MIME attached messages and set-* flags/commands
[I submitted this bug to the main RT bug report system, but was told I am probably using CommandByMail extension -- our sys admin who installed RT is away on a long vacation, so I can't tell for sure, or even what version, but hopefully it will be easy to answer this as "yep, bug, will fix soon", "yep, was a bug, now fixed", or "yep, not possible, won't fix"] We are using RT 3.8.2. I submit tickets predominantly by email. I also use vCards, which means my messages are MIME encoded. The message itself is mime-type text/plain (specifically configured for email to the RT queues). The ticket gets created, but the set-owner: flags (and similar instructions) aren't handled properly.
We don't know if it's bug or not. You didn't provide enough info to reproduce the problem. Can you at least confirm that you use this extension? Can you provide an example of an email that should work, but doesn't? Prefferably as an attachment with all email headers. On Tue Apr 06 10:01:41 2010, ijstokes wrote: Show quoted text
