Subject: Dist::Zilla 2 breaks Perltidy plugin
The recent release of Dist::Zilla 2 renamed the dzil_app attribute, preventing this plugin from running as it uses that attribute to get the global configuration. Also rjbs has said he's still not happy with how the global configuration is handled, so perhaps it's not a good idea to rely on it until it stabilizes.
