Subject: Test failure because README and Changes is missing
Test::Distribution in the 00distribution.t test by default checks if files like README and Changes are available. Unfortunately these files are missing, so the test is failing if Test::Distribution is installed. Regards, Slaven

Thanks for the report, and sorry for the delay. I don't work anymore on those modules, and I'm relunctant to provide additional work on them. You can either report the issue upstream (https://gforge.inria.fr/projects/lingwb/), but I doubt it will be answered anymore, or fix the issue directly on CPAN (I can grant you permissions if you're intested).
