It seems that the tie functionality of Graphics::ColorNames is only
available if Tie::Sub is installed. However, it also seems that
installation of Tie::Sub is not forced when installing of
Graphics::ColorNames, especially if the Makefile.PL and not the Build.PL
is used. So you should probably specify Tie::Sub yourself as a prereq.
