Subject: POST method not supported by Net::Daemon::Server
The post method is not supported by Net::DAV::Server, even though it is reported by OPTIONS.

Rather than just crashing, I've provided a post method that returns 'not implemented'. This is not a complete fix, but it should work better than the current version.
