Subject: Perl_fold_constants not available anymore

Apparently it's a B::Generate bug, Amb doesn't use Perl_fold_constants directly. B::generate doesn't fail because it uses Module::Build, which doesn't set PERL_DL_NONLAZY=1 - then it would, with the same error.
